Refund Policies

Thanks for creating a relationship with UpSkill Campus Learning fraternity. We belie0ve in long term relationships. We wish to ensure a great experience with our learning ecosystem, resulting in good career growth for you. For any purchase from our online portal, we have below terms and conditions for defining our Refund Policy. When you purchase any course through UpSkill Campus online portal, you agree to our Privacy and Terms of use policy . Additional details are given below.


REFUND POLICY: INSTRUCTOR BASED ONLINE CLASSROOM LEARNING:


Due to any force-majeure events (Natural calamity, Political turmoil, etc.) or Instructor’s sudden unavailability due to unforeseen situation e.g. sickness or family emergency, UpSkill Campus reserves the right to postpone/cancel any scheduled course. In Cancellation case, learners will be given the option to join the next upcoming batches.

We understand similar conditions may occur at the learner side as well. So in such cases, where any unforeseen situation arises at the learner's side, we try to adjust the learner's schedule in upcoming batches and the learner should agree to opt for this option.

Still if the above option is not feasible in some rare cases and refund has to be processed. REFUND CAN be done only after showing relevant proofs within 7 days of course commencement. UpSkill Campus has rights to deduct a processing fee and customer acquisition cost. Any applicable tax amount will NOT be refunded as it is paid to the government.


In case a candidate opts for a refund after the program has started or after the seat being allocated and, in various cases refund policies / guidelines are below:

  1. In case the candidate initiated the refund process within 3 months, then 1/3rd of the entire allotted fee, GST being deducted, will get refunded to the candidate.
  2. In case the candidate initiated the refund process within 6 months, 2/3rd of the entire allotted fee, GST being deducted, will get refunded to the candidate.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 21 working days of verifying all supporting documents with valid cause and refund request has been accepted by UpSkill Campus.

In below scenarios, No refund will be entertained, If:


  1. Learners have attended the instructor’s classroom training and 7 day have passed.
  2. Learner has accessed / downloaded course material from UpSkill Campus LMS portal.
  3. Learner had enrolled in a discounted course.
  4. Learner had received a scholarship/discount for the course.
  5. Course enrollment was done under academic institute collaboration.
  6. Learner doesn’t turn up on the given schedule.
  7. Due to any technical reason, the learner is not able to access the self-paced videos or class recordings, but he/she was able to attend the complete course through instructor-led online classes.


REFUND POLICY: SELF PACED LEARNING

No refund is entertained if Enrollment was done for Self-paced courses.

LEGAL POLICY: Legal Action  on (with Penalties) will be taken if


  1. Any untoward activities have been observed.
  2. Course has been shared with others / multiple users.
  3. Course purchase is done to copy the material/ Content.

Disclaimer – Any dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party , the decision passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Noida (Uttar Pradesh). All and any disputes shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Courts of Noida (Uttar Pradesh), India.
