By purchasing any course through our online portal, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Below are the details of our Refund Policy.

Refund Policy for Instructor-Led Online Classroom Learning

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or the sudden unavailability of an instructor due to illness or family emergencies, upSkill Campus reserves the right to postpone or cancel any scheduled course. In such cases, learners will have the option to join the next available batch.

We understand that learners may also face unexpected situations. If you encounter such circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule in upcoming batches. If rescheduling is not feasible, a refund may be processed under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the course commencement and must include relevant documentation.
• upSkill Campus reserves the right to deduct a processing fee and customer acquisition costs from the refund. Please note that any applicable taxes will not be refunded, as these are remitted to the government.

Refund Guidelines

• If a refund request is initiated within 3 months of course commencement, 1/3 of the total course fee (excluding GST) will be refunded.
• If a refund request is initiated within 6 months of course commencement, 2/3 of the total course fee (excluding GST) will be refunded.

All refunds will be processed within 21 working days after verifying the supporting documents and accepting the refund request.

No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• The learner has attended the instructor-led training, and 7 days have passed since the course began.
• The learner has accessed or downloaded course materials from the upSkill Campus LMS portal.
• The learner enrolled in a discounted course.
• The learner received a scholarship or discount for the course.
• The enrollment was made through an academic institution collaboration.
• The learner fails to attend the scheduled classes.
• The learner experienced technical issues but was able to attend the complete course through instructor-led sessions.

Refund Policy for Self-Paced Learning

Refunds are not available for self-paced courses once enrollment is completed.

Legal Policy

Legal action, including penalties, will be pursued if:

• Any inappropriate activities are detected.
• Course materials are shared with unauthorized users.
• The course purchase is made with the intent to copy materials or content.

Disclaimer

Any disputes or questions arising from this agreement will be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the first party. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. The venue for arbitration will be Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and all disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
